  • How do we find a lot"

         Your best approach will be to contact Forest Creek to help you find available lots. Forest Creek has Realtors tracking lots all the time and we can help with that approach. Also you have already made a positive  move forward going through us, because we can investigate the lot for you. To help review the potential surprises a lot can be hiding.


  • How long does it take to build a home?

         Building a new semi custom or full custom home has many challenges that can make a build easy or can be extremely challenging. With a semi custom plan you are starting with an already designed plan, making a few changes , locking in the changes and you are ready to start.  This can take an average of 8-12 months, depending on the complexity of the build, and the lot conditions. 

  Building a full Custom will be more challenging. Plans need to be designed, back and forth between you and the architect until the design fits your needs. Once the build starts, you will find yourself wanting to, make more changes: adjustments, color choices, cabinets, lighting, plumbing, flooring ideas will cause loss of time. Custom can take a full year plus, depending on the complexity .
